Ard Integration Breaks Python 3.13 Compatibility
In #312, Ard was added the H2Integrate dependency stack, however it is not compatible with Python 3.13, the maximum allowed version in H2I. In #500, where I'm updating the CI workflows to test on both the min and max Python version, the tests now break after merging develop into my branch.
How to reproduce
Create any Python 3.13 environment and attempt to install the primary H2I dependencies.
Relevant output
In #500, the Ubuntu Python 3.13 workflow fails at the environment setup stage (relevant lines below).
INFO: pip is looking at multiple versions of h2integrate to determine which version is compatible with other requirements. This could take a while.
