PV sizing macro power limiting losses issue

Describe the bug

The inverter power limiting loss values reported in the HTML report for the PV System Sizing macro seem too high.

For example, for the default Detailed PV / Single Owner configuration, the total kWh/year lost is 43,732,754 kWh in the macro results compared to 505228 kWh in SAM:

This is because the macro is reporting the total over the lifetime instead of an annual value.

Solution is to modify the macro to report annual values instead of lifetime values.

Fixed with #2103: Fix is to report average annual loss over life in table, so the values still doesn't match the total over lifetime value in the SAM data table, but is more useful information when combined with the new graph showing effect of degradation in macro.
