Prevent ender crystals from dropping within a configurable radius of the end portal location (end side).

When the crystals are placed to spawn the dragon, they can still be recovered by breaking them before the dragon is spawned. The best we can do is prevent them from dropping, as there are no events to detect this situation easily.
