- spermosphere-logbook.ipynb keeps a record of the data analysis of spermospheric soil samples coming from different accessions of Phaseolus vulgaris.
- rizhosphere-logbook.ipynb keeps a record of the data analysis of rhizospheric soil samples coming from different accessions of Phaseolus vulgaris.
