Still need to update WinForms and Avalonia default UI implementations. Also use AppCastItem.Title instead of just Version in updates window.

Aims to simplify
IUIFactoryby removing unneeded items in order to separate the UI from the core lib a little bit. Notably,IUIFactorymethods are not passedSparkleUpdaterinstances anymore, the core lib'sReleaseNotesGrabberandISignatureVerifieris still used/needed, andAppCastItemis still used, too.Still need to update WinForms and Avalonia default UI implementations (right now, as of this typing, those will not even compile).Also usesAppCastItem.Titleinstead of justVersionin updates window.Related: #600
