This PR introduces a fully structured authenticated user dashboard with a responsive layout and placeholder content for core sections.
The dashboard includes a sidebar + top navigation (desktop) and bottom navigation + compact header (mobile), ensuring a consistent experience across devices. It also implements loading, empty, and error states to improve UX during data fetching and edge cases.
