Add Asus Zenbook Duo 14 UX481

Description of changes

Added support for the Asus Zenbook Duo 14 UX481. It contains a profile for only using Intel iGPU and one also enabling the Nvidia dGPU.

I have lib.mkForce dynamicboost off as it makes the dGPU not work.

I also added kernel parameters that are necessary for suspend to work, this is due to the nvme not booting up in time on resume for it to mount properly. This problem applied both with the original Intel Optane nvme, as well as the new Kingston nvme I use.

• Tested the changes in your own NixOS Configuration
• Tested the changes end-to-end by using your fork of nixos-hardware and
  importing it via <nixos-hardware> or Flake input (I tested using flake input)
