Description of changes

I applied two patches to fix the build.

• Please publish requirements.txt fix to pip google-deepmind/dm-haiku#717
  remove unused typing_extensions

• Fix setup.py packages to avoid installing "examples" and "docs" google-deepmind/dm-haiku#672
  exclude directories such as docs and examples from the package
  related to collision between python3Packages.dm-haiku and python3Packages.ml-collections #238094
