Add a dashboard map page with 2D and 3D world views. Integrate overview data, region coordinates, theme styling, and locale text for the new visualization experience.
feat(map): add global map dashboard view
Add country highlighting, localized country labels, and shared node selection across the 2D and 3D global map views. Also update the map dataset and light-theme styling, and move the node list into the main map card to make the dashboard interaction more cohesive.
