This was needed for the nycdoe demo.
This adds a hook to provide your own source 'types' (like data.json). The implementation let's you provide a machine-name for it and a callback to prepare the object for the migration.
This also replaces the original data.json callback as a source type so it's backward compatible.
WIP don't merge
