[16.0][IMP] subscription_oca: Improve subscription lines view with section/note support and added filters.

This PR improves the subscription form view:

• Adds section_and_note_one2many widget to subscription lines.
• Makes section/note lines display across the full row.
• Added filters for In progress, Expired, and Archived subscriptions.
