Moves the field to the general setting, so that it's visible even if the traceability group is hidden.
Otherwise it's impossible to configure it.

The traceability group is not always visible in Odoo 18.0, and so it's sometimes
impossible to configure this field.

It makes more sense to place it in the general settings tab.
