Not sure if still used or necessary but this is a module that we use internally for other custom modules [1].
Dependency on module
stock_procurement_group_hookhas been removed since this functionality is directly implemented in Odoo since 17.0.[1] https://github.com/decgroupe/odoo-addons-dec/tree/14.0/mrp_purchase
