[18.0][ADD] base_cancel_confirm_selection

This PR enhanced from base_cancel_confirm. Add selection to user can select instead of free text.

In config cancel reason, we can config following model to visible and selected.

For example with account_move_cancel_confirm module. when click cancel. we will see 2 fields.

After confirm, it will add it to form, User can groupby it to analys reason.

Depend On:

• [18.0][REF] base_cancel_confirm: split method to update value in docs #1169
