Documentation

This version contains tools to control compilation, inheritance, and so the same for the implementation of XML and HTML.

In the near future OSWS to be refactored. Implementation will be made in separate repositories. This module will be used as storage space, debugging and documentation for the kernel of the template. OSWS central repository will contain a single command-line utility and collect all implemented in user-friendly interface.
