This PoC demonstrates the trade-off between Performance (Black Box Mode) and Transparency (Transparent Mode) in automated hiring systems.
- Black Box Mode: Provides immediate feedback but generic rejection reasons.
- Transparent Mode: Simulates processing time and provides specific, actionable feedback on rejection.

Since this is a single-file application with no external dependencies, you can run it simply by opening the file in your browser:
- Clone the repository.

- Single File: The entire application (HTML, CSS, JS) is contained within
index.html. - No Frameworks: Built entirely with Vanilla JS and CSS.
