Adds full EdgeChallengeManager (BOLD) integration: ABI, read/write functions, decorator with curried address pattern.
Template addresses were obtained by calling
challengeManagerTemplate()on each RollupCreator v3.1 contract viacast call. Nitro-testnode addresses are zeroed out since a local testnode was not available at generation time.
