Fix sample pipeline error for c sharp project.
Fix codeql analysis for c sharp project that remove build as codeql build don't support atkproj project.
Change thumbnail to be required and fix some existing repos's thumbnail's resolution.
Change GIF img validation to be optional, as it is not used now.
