   • To ensure QA and testing coverage of the OpenBB Platform CLI.

2. What? (1-3 sentences or a bullet point list):

   • Adds unit tests.
   • Updates GitHub action workflows (deletes a bunch of old .yml and renames) @montezdesousa

3. Impact (1-2 sentences or a bullet point list):

   • Increases QA coverage and the time it takes to execute all unit tests.

4. Testing Done:

   • Ensured all tests pass.
