Fix:
- Include missing functions and relationships in WebAPI model.
- Terms: FUSION, PRODUCTS, PROTEIN_MODIFICATION, REACTANTS, SUBSTITUTION, TRUNCATION
- Relationships: HAS_COMPONENTS, HAS_MEMBERS
- Include exception stacktrace with WebAPI errors returned as SOAP Faults responses.
- Updated old test dependencies that prevented maven build from completing.
