RGD ftp URL has changed #69

The FTP host rgd.mcw.edu has changed to ftp.rgd.mcw.edu.

For example

ftp://rgd.mcw.edu/pub/data_release/GENES_RAT.txt

is now

ftp://ftp.rgd.mcw.edu/pub/data_release/GENES_RAT.txt
