To make Openbangla Keyboard run on LXDE, you might need to manually install ibus. Goto Terminal and Type:

sudo apt install ibus

After successfully installing ibus, a popup will appear to prompt you to enable it. Press Yes.

After that go to Preferences > ibus Preferences > Input Method > add > Bangla > OpenBangla Keyboard.

After you have included OpenBangla in the Input Methods list of ibus, you can freely enable and disable OpenBangla Keyboard by pressing Super + Space.

Super is the windows iconed button on many keyboards.
