feat(ios): harden internal beta readiness

Summary

• add a full iOS CI lane with shared Cave contract fixtures and privacy scanning
• add accessibility, localization, lifecycle, performance, and failure-state coverage
• harden semantic colors, search/filter performance, protected-memory handling, and operator documentation
• clear revoked sessions before any detail opens while preserving honest offline state
• scan Swift source/tests and built app artifacts without traversing DerivedData internals
• keep hosted parser/filter performance gates reliable without loosening thresholds

Dependency

Upstream Cave PR OpenCoven/coven-cave#4257 landed before this PR, preserving the intended merge order.

Verification

• pnpm check: 24 Vitest files and 168 tests plus contract, privacy, guard, builds, smoke, and secret scans
• privacy scanner regression covers a 200k-line early match; default source scan covers 75 files; built Debug app scan covers 40 files
• finalized local Swift unit bundle: 168/168 passed; 4 MiB blockquote 1.184s and malformed body 1.020s
• exact-head hosted iPhone simulator job on 2be36af: full Swift/UI aggregate passed and generated/source artifact privacy scan passed
• Xcode branch baseline/full local aggregate: 166 unit tests and 42 UI tests passed with 1 expected iPad-only skip
• exact fixture parity with Cave PR: 4/4 locally; Cave PR checks green
• independent security re-review: no Critical, Important, or Minor findings
• organization-signed physical iPhone build installed and launched as 0.1.0 (1); the running process was confirmed and the device app privacy scan passed across 11 files
• internal-only TestFlight upload for 0.1.0 (1) was accepted by App Store Connect; Apple reports the package is processing

Beta delivery

Internal TestFlight delivery and the remaining external beta gates were confirmed complete by the maintainer.
