This PR updates the project to handle cross-platform builds.

Changes:

Updated README.md with instructions for installing and using the nightly Rust toolchain.
Updated the Makefile to dynamically handle target directories based on the target architecture.

Testing:

Tested the build process on Ubuntu (x86_64).
The changes need to be tested on macOS to ensure full cross-platform compatibility.
