Pre-Conditions

Access to the OMA HubSpot account to see which contact list the form feeds.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Subscribe to OMA page
2. Submit the form with a test email address
3. Check the test inbox for a confirmation email
4. In HubSpot, check which contact list received the submission and what is done with that list

Expected Results

Subscribers receive a confirmation email, and the list they join is used to send them OMA content.

Actual Results

The form is a legacy HubSpot form feeding an existing contact list. It is unclear what, if anything, is done with that list, and subscribers may get no confirmation or follow-up content.
