Enroll to the Apple developer program MACOS_DEVELOPER_USERNAME is your e-Mail address
Create a new Certificate: Developer ID Application MACOS_DEVELOPER_IDENTITY is displayed on the top right.
Create a certificate signing request: Certificate Assistant is in the menu bar
Export certificate as .p12 and generate base64 -i certificate.p12 > base64.txt for MACOS_DEVELOPER_CERTIFICATE_BASE64 to paste without trailing newline. Asks you to secure it with MACOS_DEVELOPER_CERTIFICATE_PASSWORD.
Create an app-specific password MACOS_DEVELOPER_PASSWORD
