The test failure would be easy to fix: Just edit the file Project.toml and add a compat entry for the packages
DiscretePIDs and TrajectoryLimiters .

In the section [compat] add the lines:
DiscretePIDs = "0.1.6"
TrajectoryLimiters = "0.1.0"
