fix: remove patch-package and add correct accessibility to SVG #159

Description

This PR removes the problematic patch-package implementation for SVGs. Instead, it introduces a different approach of accessibility for our SVG, titles. Instead of passing alt text we use the title component of SVG which defines in HTML the accessible text of the SVG. With this we solve both problems
