Add more options to .ip & .im

Added modrinth as an option for plugins and github + search for both plugins and mods. Also switched to switches

Instead of .install plugin spigot|bukkit|github|modrinth|search <id>
could you make it into two commands:
.install plugin spigot|bukkit|github|modrinth <id>
.install plugin <name> Does the default spigot and bukkit search for an id and provides a list of multiple options for the user to select (if there are multiple).
