Changes

  1. Handling overlapping feature selection
  2. Linking to OSM and FB from the inspector panel
  3. Persisting explore panel state across sessions
  4. Default every theme besides base and divisions to be active
  5. Minor style updates to inspector panel
  6. Fix bugs where hidden elements from custom controls prevent clicks on map.
