Tasks:

  • Handle other panels/population labels in the report (colour schemes) (closed by c4719f4)
  • OCE is missing from the current version of the reference panel (not flagged as high-quality sample). Explore adding back in
  • Update documentation, upload reference to the FTP
  • Check whether there are duplicate variant IDs in the panel (consider excluding)
