Fix ledger

Abstract

Ledger was broken due to it being classified as a 'view only key' despite it having spending authority.
This is considered a temporary fix until #270 is implemented.

Fixed bugs:

• You couldn't make transactions on ledger (Introduced by Refactor Dashboard with useWallet and useSettings composables #271 and not present in the stable release)
• Lock/Unlock buttons were present (Introduced earlier and present in the stable release, but the overall functionality still works)

• Test that you can make ledger TXs
• Test that lock/unlock dialogs are not visible
