Requirements

scikit-learn==0.22.1

The program can be started by using the following command:

predict.py --file input.fasta --out out.txt

The positive_data.fasta file contains 54 Plasmodium mitochondrial protein data

The negative_data.fasta file contains 221 non_mitochondrial protein data
