This PR standardizes our folder naming convention to kebab-case across the repository, making it easier to navigate and maintain. This is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the repository's organization and developer experience. I didn't change the content of GdPicture folder bc there are some automatic generated files, and I can't run the app on my mbp. @ChrisixFlash do you knwo who I could ping for help here?
Coming soon: I'll be following up with another PR to implement BUI eslint configurations to further improve our code consistency.
