Bumps the served-SPA pin to parachute-app@0.20.3 (main tip aa25d5b8) — the reviewer-gated UI-audit display train (app#43): table overflow fix, human error states + real not-found page, new-note surface treatment, tinted palette scrim, empty-note placeholder, touch targets, schema-dialog teaching copy, and the surface-render 0.3.0 bump (single newlines render as line breaks — Obsidian-coherent, ratified).
Pin ritual: spa-source.env version+ref, pin-test assertion, rc.88 → rc.89. On a one-off branch because ag-unforced-dev is carrying the in-flight C2 build.
