Bumps the embedded App pin 0.20.13 → 0.20.14 (ref 15ed397 — app #59 merge tip).
What rides in (app 0.20.14, all display-layer, from Aaron's live tablet feel-test):
Changes: scripts/spa-source.env (version+ref), the source-pin test, rc.103.
Verification: build-spa.sh against the pinned ref (58 files), pin test 13/0, typecheck clean. App #59 was independently reviewed (SHIP) with full gates 1872/1872.
