ParticleSet had a bunch of methods that were either highly bespoke (
from_field) or very trivial (from_linejust being a linspace, andfrom_listwhich simply was an alias forParticleSet()). These have now been removed in favour of users explicitly providing particle locations.v4-devfor v4 changes)
