This PR moves the RadialRotation, MovingEddy, DecayingMovingEddy, StommelGyre and Peninsula flow fields to
parcels/_datasets/structured/generated.py. It also adds unit tests totest_advection.pyfor each of these generated flow fieldsmainfor v3 changes,v4-devfor v4 changes)
