This PR uses
fieldset.time_intervalto determine the type (numpy.datetime64ornumpy.timedelta64) ofparticle.time, making the code less dependent on the specifics of the FieldSet itself (e.g. whether it has a fieldUand whether that has atime)mainfor v3 changes,v4-devfor v4 changes)
