In this PR I have rewritten the diffusion tutorial to work in v4. To do so, I have changed the input data for the Smagorinsky example from GlobCurrent to CopernicusMarine. I am wondering if we should add a section with higher-order interpolation of fields? Are there examples or ideas of what that should look like?
I also ran into some minor issues adding a Field to a fieldset, so there is some cleaning up to do still.
