This PR removed the default
mesh="flat"from the XGrid and UxGrid inits, as well as from thexgrid.from_dataset()method. This is to avoid confusion what the type of the mesh are, for example in #2406.This PR thereby addresses #2408
Most of the code-change is to add
mesh="flat"statements to the unit tests
