New sample plotting scripts to be added to the tutorials documentation. These are designed primarily for use in UU teaching but are also general enough to be a resource for all VirtualShip users.
There are separate example plotting notebooks for CTD (physical and biogeochemical) and ADCP measurements across a transect. They are intended to be a starting point for visualising VirtualShip output, where users can use their output directly from their VirtualShip expeditions.
I was not 100% on which diagnostics to show for the ADCP data, happy to make changes of course if there's anything else more suited!
