Add Parcels meeting presentation material to developer-content

Add presentation material (Quarto slides source code and rendered HTML) plus performance testing/plotting scripts to teacher-content in docs.

I realise it's not ideal uploading all the Presentation_files (not least because it is probably the cause of failures on the pre-commit checks)... will need to have a think on how to add presentation material without this and ideally keeping all figures etc. rendering properly!

I like that you're adding this, but it's not teacher content in my opinion. More for us as developers/promotors

Indeed. I'd try to keep the .qmd file on GitHub but not the rest of the Presentation_files. Would be nice to include an html page or link to quarto-pub in the docs though...

Thanks @ammedd, I've moved these presentation materials to a new developer-content directory now 👍

Also, the presentation .qmd file is now rendered as self-contained and so avoids generating the Presentation_files. The HTML should be viewable when opening the file in a browser!

Note, I've adjusted the pre-commit config to exclude the presentation files from the prettier hook - this was being overwhelmed previously by the size of the files.
