Issue

  • PoB cannot read a file due to a problem with your cloud provider (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc).

Solution

  • Ensure your cloud provider app is running, signed-in, and not paused.
  • Verify that the following files are always available by checking the status icons in File Explorer (see below), and/or open the file mentioned in the error popup in Notepad or another text editor.
    • Documents\Path of Building\Settings.xml
    • Documents\Path of Building\Builds\*.xml (or wherever the user has set in PoB's options)
