Summary

I think it would be interesting to try to account for motion in the slice-shifted delay values.

Create the slice-shifted PLD map before HMC.
Propagate the map to a 4D time series.
Apply the motion parameters account for motion in the PLD time series. Depending on the amount of motion, some voxels will have multiple effective PLDs.
Account for these PLDs in the CBF calculation step.
