Summary

surfplot generates really nice surface plots. In particular, for parcellated data you can plot boundary lines around the ROIs in the parcellation, and there isn't any interpolation.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like VTK works well in containers, so just installing the Python package isn't enough.
