This patch unwraps the optional UnsafePointer data before calling withMemoryRebound. This can prevent compiler from crash because somehow calling withMemoryRebound() with an optional UnsafePointer will cause compiler crash which has been reported in https://bugs.swift.org/browse/SR-2668.
