…tests, performance regression - Add unified health dashboard endpoint (/api/admin/health/dashboard) aggregating SendGrid, Twilio, Stellar, mobile money providers, Redis, PostgreSQL with color-coded status, last check time, and failure details - Add manual health check trigger endpoint (/api/admin/health/trigger) - Add fast-check fuzz tests for input validation (phone, amount, tx ID, provider) covering 5+ edge cases: empty strings, null/undefined, unicode, NaN, Infinity - Add versioned Pact contract verification test ensuring generated pacts are valid and CI fails if provider contracts drift - Add performance regression testing with autocannon baseline tracking fails CI if latency degrades >10% or throughput drops >10% - Update .gitignore with test snapshots, pact logs, and baseline files - Update package.json with test:perf:regression and test:perf:save-baseline scripts - Add GitHub Actions CI workflow running tests, fuzz tests, Pact, and perf regression
