Green Phosphor: a monochrome-leaning CRT terminal theme inspired by vintage green phosphor displays, with red/yellow preserved for errors and diffs so they stay readable. Pixel Arcade: a retro pixel-game theme built on a Game Boy-inspired dark green base with arcade neon accents (1UP lime, coin gold, hot pink, cyan, purple).

Adds two new community themes.
Green Phosphor — a CRT terminal theme inspired by vintage green phosphor monitors. Mostly monochrome green, but red and yellow are deliberately preserved for errors, warnings, and diff removals so they remain readable.
Pixel Arcade — a retro pixel-game theme. Game Boy-inspired dark green base, with arcade neon accents: 1UP lime for success, coin gold for warnings, hot pink for permissions, cyan for plan mode, purple for borders. The rainbow palette is a full vivid arcade rainbow.
