Adds a function that will optimise towards GMAX, modt or avail depending on the option chosen. Still temp stuff.

Merging fixed version of Keylink with optimiseParameter changes
motd is now calculated using a normal distribution function.
Added a temperature logger and preliminary systems of medium and long term temperature reaction systems.
Has more refined long term systems.
Added a new bootstrap method for testing purposes and a file writing system to go with it. As well as several tests and recalibrated values.
